Refund Policy

We want you to try Roxheiris without worry.

7-day refund, no questions asked

If Roxheiris isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and you’ll get the full amount back. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.
• When a refund is issued, the subscription ends and your access to Roxheiris stops.

After the first 7 days

You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription”. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for and won’t be charged again. Monthly renewals and partly used months aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it, if we close your account without a serious breach of the Terms, or if Roxheiris is shut down (then we refund the unused period).
