This notice explains the cookies and similar browser storage that Roxheiris uses. More about how we handle your data is in the Privacy policy.

Inside the app (roxheiris.app/app)

The app uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser’s storage only for things it needs to work:

• Sign-in token — keeps you signed in. Removed when you sign out.
• Settings — your theme, colour palette, language and similar choices.
• App files — a service worker keeps a copy of large files (like Mao’s model) so the app loads faster and works on a weak connection.

These are strictly necessary, so we don’t ask for consent for them. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; you’ll then need to sign in again.

On our public pages (home, pricing and legal pages)

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It can set the cookies _ga and _ga_* (kept for up to 2 years) and sends Google your approximate location, device and browser details. We don’t use it for advertising.

• If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are off: no analytics cookies are stored on your device. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals that a page was viewed.
• Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on by default. You can block them in your browser settings, or with Google’s opt-out add-on.

Google Analytics is never loaded inside the app, so your conversations are never shared with it.

Other

Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people apart from bots. It’s used only to protect the site.
